Open Failover Cluster Manager then select Roles

Verify the status of the cluster is up and running

To verify the Failover, right-click on the cluster instance, click Move and then select the preferred node from the available list and click OK. This will change the Owner node
This verifies the working of the Failover Cluster as the Owner node is changed from previous node to the preferred node.
