Sign in to the AWS Management Console.

Open IAM (Identity and Access Management).

Go to Users and select Add users.

Enter a user name and complete the user creation.

Copy and save the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key shown on the screen.
The Secret Access Key is displayed only once and must be stored securely.
