Before you begin, please ensure that you have:

Installed / set up the operating system listed in Tested Versions.

Installed / set up the SecurityServer version listed in Tested Versions.

Replaced the SecurityServer Default Admin with a new admin user.

Configured and sete up SecurityServer. Refer to the SecurityServer documentation to set up the HSM.

Set up and configured the PKCS#11 library as per your environment. Refer to the SecurityServer documentation to setup and configure the PKCS#11 library.

Set up the HashiCorp Vault Enterprise License with the Hardware Security Module (HSM).

Set up the user with root privileges to install the packages on the HashiCorp Vault server. Allow port 8200 through the firewall for the Vault.
