The installation wizard copies a sample configuration file to C:\ProgramData\Utimaco\EKM\cssqlekm.cfg. Please see the next section on how to customize the file.
The installation wizard also adds the ConfigPath value to the Windows registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Utimaco\EKM containing the location of the configuration file.
Alternatively, it is possible to register the location of the configuration file using an environment variable, which takes precedence over the registry setting: Open the Control Panel, System, click on Advanced system settings and click on the Environment Variables. Create a new variable EKMCONFIGPATH in System variables. Add the path of cssqlekm.cfg.
