The Identity Domain URL is required to configure the OAuth connection with the external KMS.

In the OCI Console, go to Identity & Security → Domains.

Select the domain used for the integration.

Copy the Domain URL.
Record the value as:
<ID_DOMAIN_URL>
Domain URL
When the OpenID Configuration endpoint is required, use:
<ID_DOMAIN_URL>/.well-known/openid-configuration
